The Waverly Lions Club Halloween Parade will be on Wednesday, October 31 at 7:15 PM. Everyone is invited to participate.
Political entries will be charged $25 to participate. 
The parade will line up, beginning at 6 PM, in the Waverly High School Athletic Facility parking lot and proceed down Second Street to the reviewing stand at Market Street and back to the parking lot using Third Street.  A children’s Halloween costume contest with cash prizes will be judged, under the lights, on the steps to the gymnasium starting at 6:45 PM in the categories of original, beautiful, grotesque or comical. The Halloween costume participants will follow the parade to the downtown reviewing stand for the announcement of the winners. Contact John Brodt at 947-5682 for more information.
