City Council Approves “Parkview at Canal Crossing Subdivision”

On Tuesday, March 16, 2004, at a regular scheduled meeting of City Council, a zoning amendment was approved as requested by the Armbruster Limited Partnership.  The rezoning will allow the Armbruster’s to proceed with the development of a 21 lot, single family home subdivision on Armbruster Parkway, directly north of the new city park and green space, currently under construction.  The planned subdivision will consist of lots ranging from 8,400 to 9,600 sq. ft. with a private deed restriction calling for a minimum home size of 1,600 sq. ft.  Other private covenants will apply with the deeds of record as well as the zoning requirements enforced by the City of Waverly.  For information concerning the sale of these lots, please contact Mr. Daniel S.
