Municipal Building Department

The City of Waverly, Pike County, OH has been certified by the Ohio Board of Building Standards for a Commercial Building Department, Ordinance 23-2001; and a Residential Building Department, Ordinance 32-2006. 

Both departments are administered for the City via a contract with the Ross County Building Department.

 
The City’s Mayor’s Office administers the City Zoning Code Ordinance 10-16-67. Contact the Mayor’s Office for permit requirements pertaining to your proposed construction.
